APPRAISAL ASSIGNMENT Diminished Value of Georgia an Independent Auto Appraisal Company was assigned this auto appraisal by the owner of this vehicle The purpose of this assessment is to provide a set of opinions and conclusions and to quantify the loss in value amount this vehicle suffered due to the indicated accidentincident
APPRAISAL SCOPE The reports findings were established after examining statements and facts from the insured the insurer or witnesses
The reports findings were the result of obtaining the vehicles current market value under two different circumstances the first with the vehicle not being involved in the above mentioned accidentincident and the other after its been properly repaired from said accident The different between both values is referred to in this report as Inherent Diminished Value
The vehicles market value was established after consulting and analyzing several outside sources The market value analysis portion of this report indicates these sources and their perspective values The information obtained from these outside sources is deemed reasonably credible and trustworthy
The market value in both instances indicates the amount of money a reasonable and willing auto dealer or wholesaler is prepared to pay for said vehicle Actual vehicle sales data was also collected from auto auctions and averaged
The NAAA grading score is obtained by either a physical inspection to the vehicle or a subjective analysis conducted after reviewing relevant facts and figures
