Diminished Value of Georgia is Atlanta’s leading auto appraisal company. We are currently looking for a customer relations associate for our Alpharetta Office.
Duties:
- Answer client calls
- Enter data onto CRM Tool
- Follow up with clients
- Schedule appointments
- General clerical and admin work
- Create appraisal files
Requirements:
- Must be an advanced user of Microsoft office products
- Must be personable, friendly, energetic with a positive attitude.
- College Degree preferred but not required
- Automotive or Insurance experience is preferred but not required.
- Must have a clean driving record, will be given a company vehicle for out-of-the-office tasks.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must have professional references.
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must reside within 10 miles or 20 minutes from Alpharetta.
- CRM experience preferred but not required
Compensation/Hours:
This is a full time position, the hours will be between 9PM and 5PM, the hourly wage is $10 per hour plus bonus after 90 days.
