Unbelievably Friendly, Caring and Professional
I was just browsing on internet about Diminishing value when I first got letter from my insurance company which said I am not eligible to get it. I read a review about DVofGA where the customer was so happy with kind of refund he got with help if DVofGA. I was not very hopeful in my case as I was at fault in accident. I was offered $150 from my insurance company, after several followups. One demand letter from DVofGA just converted that 150 to 975. Its highly unbelievable but very true. I personally recommend everybody to talk to DVofGA once. You will love their service.I thank Lindsey from DVofGA who was real helper to me. Thank you Tony Thank you all.with warm regards, Ravi Joshi…

A No Brainer
If you want to get a fair DV settlement from your insurance company, this is the company to call. I’m very satisfied with the service Diminished Value of GA provided. They are professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. My wife was re-ended causing reasonable damage to the rear bumper. My insurance company sent us a DV check for approximately $200 based on the erroneous 17c calculation. DVG provided the required documents needed to contest what the insurance company was offering and made the extra effort to negotiate with the insurance company’s appraiser. Long story short, my insurance company agreed to settle for over $1000. I can’t see how you could go wrong with this company. Tony and Lindsey will treat you well.

Prompt and Courteous Service
DV of Georgia did a great job of assessing the lost value of my vehicle after my accident. They came within $30.00 of getting me their assessment value which tells me they know what they are doing. I would highly recommend their services. Don’t take what the insurance company offers, hire DV of Georgia first and get the settlement you deserve.

Exceeded my expectations
My experience with Diminished Value of Georgia was very smooth. I was involved in an accident where I was the at-fault party. I sent all my info to DVofG and had my appraisal within 24 hours. The insurance company originally offered $134 for the diminished value of my vehicle. DVofG was able to negotiate $1,734. I would recommend them any day.

Great experience, highly recommend!
Highly recommended, professional service! Insurance companies want to give as little as possible, but thanks to DVGA, I got the amount I deserved. After reading some great reviews, I decided to use DVGA. So hopefully this review will help you! They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and I got the full amount of money that was quoted! I did not get the $150 desk appraisal fee back, but I still ended up with more than I would have, had I gone through the insurance company. The process was soo easy, only took a few phone calls and emails. Thank you all for your help!

I was having a dispute with Insurance Company about the Diminished Value of my Car. Diminished Value helped me through the process and got me an extra $1,000.00 more than what the Insurance Co would offer Me. Thanks Tony and Diminished Value support Personnel. Tom Mason Just used Tony at Diminished Value of Georgia as a result of Diminished Value of Georgia being recommend by Dale Cardwell of Channel 2 TV Atlanta on TrustDale.com. I had a 2011 RS Camaro convertible insured by Progressive Insurance that was totaled in an accident. Progressive made a very low estimate of the vehicle and when presented with their multiple errors they did a another estimate and came up with an even lower number. I offered clear evidence their original estimate was incorrect by about $2000. They said they wouldn’t reconsider and I would have to exercise my right to dispute by hiring an independent appraiser at my own expense (very affordable from DV G). I hired Tony and Diminished Value of Georgia. His independent appraisal confirmed the low offer and he worked with the independent appraiser they hired and both agreed the car was worth the additional $2000 I had told Progressive originally. Tony gave me the TrustDale.com discount and provide quick, honest, and effective results. Before accepting your insurance company’s initial offer, Trust Dale and ask Diminished Value of Georgia for their opinion. Tony, thanks for your good work. May God bless you. Eric

After letting a friend borrow my brand new car, literally to just drive across the street, it was wrecked.  It was my friends fault and therefore, I was at fault even though I wasn’t there…   Diminished Value came out and inspected my car and got me thousands more for the value of my car than my insurance was originally offering.  My insurance company (Geico) didn’t hesitate one bit and after receiving the documents from Diminished Value my check was in the mail 2 days later!  Mike and Lindsey were amazing to work with and I am so glad that I found them.  I had no idea there were people out there who could help the way that they have.   :)    Thank you again!! Also- after the inspection after my car was repaired, they found little imperfections I would have never noticed that could have caused problems down the road and because of them I was able to have the body shop repair these things.  I am comfortable now knowing that my brand new, but wrecked car, is at its original state!!

Last summer I was attending a conference out of state and noticed the Diminished Value of Georgia representative booth.  After learning about their company and previous court rulings in Georgia, I ask them about my wife’s recent collision in our minivan.  They asked me to send them the repair estimate on the van to conduct a diminished value appraisal.  Within days of the conference I received a appraisal back. My wife and I were surprised.  The insurance initially offered us 3 percent of Diminished Value’s appraisal.  As expected, the insurance adjuster sent a appraiser to examine our vehicle.  diminished Value of Georgia’s and the insurance company’s appraisals were with in dollars of each other.  Needs to say my wife were both happy.  I would highly recommend them! Thank you! sincerely yours, Shane and Katie Keller

A couple of months ago, my car was severely damaged by some large size hail, to make matters worse, a large branch fell from the oak tree near my garage and dented the roof. I called my insurance company and they asked me to take it to a body shop in Duluth, I can’t find them on yelp for some reason! Anyway, I dropped off the car and took a rental. The repair process was very straight forward and relatively easy. A couple of weeks later, I took the car to a dealer to trade it in (I was going to do that anyway, but the hail and the repair delayed me), long story short, they told me that my vehicle had “paintwork” and that he wouldn’t give me as much for it and to see an attorney and collect this lost money from my insurance company. I knew about Diminished Value from another claim that was not my fault on an accident I had a few years back, but I had no idea I could ask for it from my insurance. I was confused to say the least. I called my insurance company the next day and they said that there was NO diminished value on hail  damage, which made me more confused, so I called an attorney friend of ours and he recommended to call Diminished Value of Georgia. Apparently insurance company employees are not always aware of such things. So, I called the insurance company again and spoke with a supervisor, he asked me for an “appraisal.” So, at this point, I am frustrated and not very happy, so I called Diminished Value Georgia and spoke with Stefanie, she took my information and after about an hour, Tony called me with a quote. He was brief and to the point and told me that I’ve lost $1,200 in value and it would be $150 for him to write an appraisal report, he called it “desk review.” I was not happy that I needed to pay him $150 for this document, but felt $1,200 was quite fair, so I hung up and called my carrier back and asked for $1,200 referencing Tony’s conversation with me, they said that they cannot issue payment with out paperwork. Grrrr I called Stefanie again and ordered an appraisal report, the process took about 24 hours, which was not bad considering my house appraisal took a week. Anyway, I sent the 6 page report to the claims manager and he told me that $1,200 sounded too high and his own “formula” was showing $75, I was like, $75, that is crazy talk! He told me he would get back to me. An hour later I received an email from Tony stating that he settled the claim at $1,100! I was happy that the claim was done with and that I was getting paid, the check took a week to arrive which I thought was too long, so, my take home after paying the $150 to DvGeorgia was $950.
