To process your free DV quote, we need the following:
- Estimate of Repair or Shop Bill – this document must contain (circled above):
– VIN# of your vehicle
– Mileage
– Labor Hours
– Total Cost of repair - Your tag number (if not already on the repair estimate). We need this to pull a history report.
Please let us know if you need a free copy of your history report. - If the vehicle had prior accidents, we need a copy of those repair estimates.
