Declining Values

  • Volume-weighted, overall car values decreased by .52% last week, which is lower than the .69 depreciation rate seen over the previous eight weeks.
  • Entry Level Cars, Prestige Luxury Cars and Entry Mid-Size Cars showed the highest decline by .76%, .73% and .71%, respectively.
  • Volume-weighted, overall truck values decreased by .64% last week, which is higher than the .56% depreciation rate seen over the previous four weeks.
  • Mini Vans, Compact SUV & Compact CUVs showed the highest decline by 1.41%, 1.39% and 1.17%, respectively.
