Diminished Value of Georgia is Atlanta’s leading auto appraisal company. We are currently  looking for a customer relations associate for our Alpharetta Office.Diminished Value of Georgia


  1. Answer client calls
  2. Enter data onto CRM Tool
  3. Follow up with clients
  4. Schedule appointments
  5. General clerical and admin work
  6. Create appraisal files


  • Must be an advanced user of Microsoft office products
  • Must be personable, friendly, energetic with a positive attitude.
  • College Degree preferred but not required
  • Automotive or Insurance experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must have a clean driving record, will be given a company vehicle for out-of-the-office tasks.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Must have professional references.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must reside within 10 miles or 20 minutes from Alpharetta.
  • CRM experience preferred but not required

This is a full time position, the hours will be between 9PM and 5PM, the hourly wage is $10 per hour plus bonus after 90 days.
