Diminished Value of Georgia is the leading auto appraisal company in the State. We are looking for a customer relations associate for our Alpharetta Office.
Duties:
1- Answer Phone calls and record leads
2- Follow up with clients
3- Keep records and schedule appointments
4- Do online marketing /Update website
5- Networking with other businesses
6- Data Processing
Requirements:
- Must be personable, friendly, energetic with a positive attitude.
- College Degree preferred but not required
- Must have customer service experience.
- Automotive or Insurance experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be computer/Web savvy including all office products
- Must have a clean driving record, will be given a company vehicle for out-of-the-office tasks.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must have professional references.
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must reside within 10 miles of Alpharetta.
Other Details:
15-20 hours a week, paid on a 1099, hourly wage $9 to $11 depending on relevant experience. (Will convert to full time within 1 year)
